This role suits a detail-oriented finance professional who wants to build analytical skills, develop relationships across the business, and gain firsthand experience in how an infrastructure investor raises capital and serves its shareholders.
Maintain the investor portal, manage shareholder access, keep documents and distribution lists current, and coordinate responses to ad hoc investor requests through completion.
Coordinate annual audit confirmations and support regulatory, compliance, and operational due diligence requests in partnership with the relevant internal teams.
