- College student pursuing a degree (BS, MS, or PhD) in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Involvement / leadership in organizations on campus, passion projects in the backyard, and strong GPA
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Windows and Linux operating systems
- Familiarity with the basic principles of version control systems
