About the role

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to bring order to the complexity of building humanoid robots. You'll own the connective tissue between our vendors, our engineering teams, and our roadmap, turning shifting priorities and supplier realities into a plan the whole company can execute against. This is a hands-on role for someone who's comfortable with ambiguity, moves fast, and can speak credibly with both a supply chain partner and a robotics engineer. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Track record managing complex hardware and software programs end to end, in organizations where you built the process rather than inherited it
  • Experience managing external vendor/supplier relationships: sourcing, timelines, quality, change orders
  • Proven ability to work across mechanical, electrical, firmware, and software teams and translate between their priorities
  • Familiarity with the hardware development lifecycle (EVT/DVT/PVT) and how it drives software/firmware integration timelines
  • Strong communication skills, including presenting program status and risk to executive stakeholders
