About the role
As a Team Lead, Software Development, your key responsibility will be leading the technical direction and delivery of Geotab's Marketing web development team. You will establish priorities and standards, coach and develop software developers, and oversee the planning and delivery of websites, landing pages, campaign experiences, content platforms, integrations and related web products.

- Own the planning and delivery of marketing websites, landing pages, campaign experiences, content platforms, integrations and related web products
- Establish standards for architecture, code quality, accessibility, performance, responsive design, security, SEO and maintainability
- Lead technical discovery, estimation and solution design while making pragmatic decisions under changing priorities
- Establish effective development practices, including code review, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation and incident response
