What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required, MBA or CFA preferred
- 5+ years of finance experience, including a minimum of 3 years at a bulge bracket investment bank with capital markets execution experience (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of FP&A experience at a Series B or later-stage retail or CPG company preferred
- Experience supporting Series C+ equity raises and managing debt facilities, working capital financing, and treasury operations preferred
- Proficiency in Excel financial modeling, with hands-on experience in NetSuite or Rillet
- Experience with 3-statement modeling, scenario analysis, and driver-based financial frameworks

We’re looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to be a strategic finance partner to our business. Reporting directly to the CFO, this is a hands-on role that owns the operating model, rolling forecasts, daily cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting and variance analysis, while supporting our capital markets needs.
You bring strong analytical rigor, sound business judgment, and experience across capital markets and hands-on operating environments. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Product & Design (EPD), Sales, Operations and the executive team to turn financial insight into business decisions.
