About the role
We’re looking for a Producer on our Creative team to own the logistics behind every shoot Giga runs, globally, and to give our creative team the project coordination backbone it needs to move fast. In this hybrid role, you’ll manage crew and talent staffing, scheduling, budgets, and vendor logistics for productions across every market we shoot in, while also lending broader project coordination support across the creative team’s initiatives.
What they're looking for
- 3+ years coordinating or producing video/photo production, in-house or at an agency/production company
- Proven experience managing multi-market or international shoot logistics (travel, permits, customs, vendor coordination)
- Strong organizational skills, comfortable managing multiple shoots and overlapping timelines at once
- Experience budgeting productions and reconciling actuals
- Clear, proactive communicator who can manage crew, talent, and vendors under pressure
- Comfortable working across time zones with global teams and partners
