About the role
An Implementation Manager at Gigs is part technical partner, part product lead, part commercial strategist. You will own the end-to-end implementation of Gigs' platform for our customers - and you'll know that a technically successful go-live is only half the job. The other half is ensuring our customers can take what you've built and turn it into a product their own users love and pay for.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in implementation, solutions engineering, or professional services at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company. Experience in fintech, payments, or developer-platform businesses is a strong signal
- Stage-aware. Gigs is a ~150-person company still defining how implementation works at scale. You've operated in this kind of environment before and you don't just tolerate ambiguity - you organise it
