About the role
As our Workplace Manager , you’ll shape the physical environments where our culture comes to life. This includes our Gigs Hubs & Pads as well as company-wide offsites. This role blends operations, hospitality and community-building to help us create spaces that are both high-functioning and deeply human.
What they're looking for
- You have 5+ years of experience managing workplace operations or employee experience in a fast-paced, international environment
- You think beyond logistics and you care about how space shapes culture, creativity and connection
- You’re organized, proactive, and have a bias for action. You're equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves and stepping back to think strategically
- You have strong instincts for hospitality, attention to detail and a service mindset
- You’re a natural collaborator, able to work across time zones and functions with clarity and warmth
- You have experience managing vendors, budgets and small-scale projects
