About the role
Own the Onboarding Process: Serve as the main point of contact for enterprise partners during onboarding, guiding them through implementation, timelines, and platform adoption and thoughtfully pass their Partner Success Manager. Accelerate Time-to-Value: Streamline onboarding workflows to reduce implementation timelines and help partners see value from GiveCampus faster. Working closely with Product, identify and prioritize product enhancements that would improve the onboarding experience and time to value.
