About the role
We’re hiring a Tech Lead for our Admin Console team to engineer one of the most important product surfaces at Glean: the admin experience that helps customers deploy, govern, and scale Glean across their organizations. This is a high-impact, full-stack role for an engineer who can guide architecture, partner deeply with product and design, and grow a small but strategically important team. - 7+ years of software engineering experience building production distributed systems or cloud‑native applications
- BS/BA in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong coding skills in at least one of: Python, Go, Java, C++, Javascript
- Product‑minded: you prioritize customer impact, clear SLAs/SLOs, and pragmatic iteration
- Ownership‑driven with a positive, proactive attitude, comfortable leading projects or learning from battle‑tested engineers
- You have experience building enterprise SaaS, enterprise platform, admin console, or similarly configurable product experiences
