About the role
The General Ledger Accounting Manager plays a central role on Globality's accounting team, owning the general ledger functions that keep the business running accurately as it scales — month-end close, account reconciliations, and technical accounting projects. You'll have real ownership over how these processes work, with the latitude to identify and drive improvements rather than just execute a fixed playbook.

- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and FASB financial reporting principles
- Experience with NetSuite or an equivalent ERP system
