What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Expertise in fullstack web development using frameworks like React, Next.js, or TypeScript
- Proven experience integrating Generative AI, LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock), and vector databases into web applications
- Strong understanding of web UI/UX best practices and a user-centered design approach
- Competence in backend development using Python, NodeJS, or Go, with experience in creating RESTful APIs and scalable backend services
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and prompt engineering patterns
