About the role

We’re looking for an Analyst Relations Lead to build and own Glow’s analyst relations strategy from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with the analysts and influencers shaping the cybersecurity market, ensuring they understand Glow’s technology, vision, differentiation, and momentum.

What they're looking for

  • 5-7 years of experience in Analyst Relations, Product Marketing, Communications, or a related function, ideally within cybersecurity
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity ecosystem and the analysts and research firms influencing enterprise security buyers
  • Existing relationships with cybersecurity analysts are highly preferred
  • Experience managing Gartner, Forrester, IDC, or similar analyst relationships and research processes
  • Ability to translate highly technical products into clear, compelling market narratives
  • Strong executive presence and experience preparing senior leaders for high-stakes analyst conversations

We’re looking for an Analyst Relations Lead to build and own Glow’s analyst relations strategy from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with the analysts and influencers shaping the cybersecurity market, ensuring they understand Glow’s technology, vision, differentiation, and momentum.

This is more than managing analyst briefings. You’ll serve as a strategic bridge between the market and Glow’s leadership, product, marketing, and go-to-market teams—helping us sharpen our positioning, anticipate market shifts, influence emerging categories, and establish Glow as a company analysts know, understand, and advocate for.
