What they're looking for
- 10+ years in growth, go-to-market, product marketing, commercialization, or a closely related field. Track record of taking a segment or product from insight through measurable adoption in a global organization
- Deep fluency in SMB Commerce, payments, POS, commerce SaaS, Merchant vertical software or adjacent merchant solutions. Able to translate customer realities into clear market opportunities
- Strong commercial judgment across pricing and packaging, offer design, funnel metrics, experimentation, retention, margin, product mix, unit economics and growth tradeoffs
- Customer-led product craft including significant research instincts sharp positioning, compelling proof points, useful seller tools, launch planning, and the ability to turn merchant language into action
- Omnichannel payments product experience is strongly preferred
