What they're looking for
- Track record of rapid progression: an SDR or BDR seat, consulting, or something you built yourself
- Comfort with modern GTM tooling: HubSpot plus Clay, Unify, Cognism, AirSpeed, n8n, or equivalent. Fluency with LLMs beyond chat
- Enterprise or multi-stakeholder selling exposure
- Excellent written English. Most of the outreach is written, and quality matters
- Are sharp and want to work with people who will tell you when you're wrong
- Learn something once. We give direct feedback and expect it applied immediately
