What they're looking for
- +1 year of professional experience in sales, support, or another customer-facing role
- Experience managing a high-volume pipeline and selling or engaging through multiple channels
- Strong active listening and storytelling skills with the ability to connect authentically
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to tone and clarity
- A self-starter mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced change, and experimentation
- A genuine passion for helping nonprofits succeed and curiosity about technology and social impact
