About the role

What they're looking for
- 1+ year of experience in sales, support, fundraising, partnerships or another customer-facing role
- Enjoy managing a busy pipeline and communicating across phone, email and video
- Ask great questions, listen closely and know how to spot where we can genuinely help
- Communicate clearly, warmly and with strong follow-through
- Are confident researching funding opportunities and turning information into useful recommendations
- Bring energy, curiosity and care to every customer conversation
