About the role
In this role, you will be an expert on our CTV supply and advocate the value of third-party inventory as a value-add to YouTube (YT) campaigns. This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years with advanced degree
- Experience in the consumer electronics, auto, OEMs, telecom, e-mommerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology industries
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships

- Propel go-to-market (GTM) strategy by encompassing 1:1 pitches, scalable offerings, and train-the-trainer programs, and partner with internal teams and support customer pitches to identify growth opportunities and drive business.
- Grow the CTV Network Package program across multiple functions, managing cross-functional stakeholders effectively, participating in pipeline meetings, and tracking and reporting on results.
- Drive thought leader on product activation. Build strong internal and external relationships to stay informed and share best practices with the ads ecosystem.
- Contribute to the growth and direction of CNP advertisers, products, and services. Act as a CNP expert, providing specialized support through advertiser activation.
- Build and maintain business relationships through close collaboration with advertiser account owners, Director+ on a daily basis, including frequent meetings with teams to present opportunities, create sales collateral and training materials, and manage pipeline.
