As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres.

More about this role
  • Manage project goals and deliverables through a structured timeline roadmap to align stakeholder expectations, communicate plans and co-ordinate resources.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to diagnose work problems, define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and evaluate program impact.
  • Execute comprehensive risk identification and assessment activities covering budget, schedule, resource, and technical risks while developing mitigation plans and tracking their evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
  • Establish and monitor stakeholder-aligned processes, drive accountability across teams, secure resources, ensure compliance with privacy policies, identify improvement, opportunities, and promote the adoption of optimized workflows.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in accounting and managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Experience with project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, or process documentation.
