- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- MBA or Juris Doctor.
- Experience negotiating business and commercial terms directly with large enterprise customers.
- Highly detailed and process-oriented, with experience in vendor management.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and alignment skills across matrixed organizations.
- Strong background in change management and guiding teams through evolving business landscapes.
- A natural curiosity for and adeptness with artificial intelligence technology, particularly how it can be applied to optimize contract workflows.
