About the role
As the Engineering Director for the Product Experimentation and Evaluations team, you will lead the transformation of Google's product testing and market impact assessment ecosystem for the AI era. You will develop and implement a strategy that shifts from fragmented, human-led analytics and experimentation platforms toward an integrated, agent-centric ecosystem optimized to rapidly provide trusted market insights.

- Define strategy and lead consolidation of disparate experimentation tools/teams into a single, cohesive platform that delivers on needs of product areas to innovate, experiment, evaluate, and ship at massive scale/speed. Drive rapid execution of the platform strategy, with focus on accelerating product area success in evaluating features in the market and generating trustworthy insights with full agentic execution of the experimentation lifecycle.
- Navigate highly-volatile and fast-evolving product requirements as AI-native capabilities continue to transform both user-facing features and internal developer workflows.
- Manage/build a team with a culture of technical excellence, customer obsession, partnership, and bias-to-action.
- Work with cross-functional leaders to achieve alignment on strategy roadmaps, drive coordinated execution against strategic goals, and ensure success for our customers.
