About the role
As Director, you will define and execute the global operational direction, strategy, and governance for Google Data Center’s Compliance, Strategy, and Risk Management organization. Leading a high-impact organization of program managers and operational leaders, you will drive multi-year business planning, strategic execution, value tracking, and organizational transformation across critical infrastructure.

More about this role
- Define and direct the overarching multi-year business operations outlook, portfolio governance, and OKR frameworks for the global CSRM organization across Google Data Centers.
- Direct the CSRM Central Operations engine, incubating critical strategic initiatives, integrating complex workstreams, and establishing scalable operating models across the entire data center lifecycle.
- Oversee the Vendor Management Office (VMO) and strategic supply base, establishing commercial oversight, performance benchmarking, contractual governance, and fiscal discipline for global partner networks.
- Lead the New Product Introduction (NPI) framework to deploy programs and products across teams and the fleet, driving executive alignment across GDC, Cloud CISO, and engineering teams.
