About the role
As a member of the Global Security Systems and Technology (GSST) sub team in GSRS, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative strategies, develop efficient and effective programs, and leverage technology solutions that support GSRS in achieving its mission.

- Manage a portfolio of security systems technology projects.
- Represent GSST and interface with executives across customer verticals (e.g., GSOC, SecOps, regional partners), translating ambiguous operational requests and feedback into structured business requirements.
- Drive end-to-end project management, track timelines, mitigate risks, manage integration vendors, author SOPs/runbooks, and deliver targeted training for smooth handovers.
- Conduct post-deployment health checks and validation reviews to ensure delivered systems meet operational benchmarks and match the original intent, while gathering feedback to drive iterative scaling.
