About the role

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of program managers and data analysts. Set team strategy, foster career development, and scale team operational rhythm.
- Own and direct the Alphabet-wide TPU and GPU DC plan of record. Lead in-depth capacity modeling, scenario analysis, and trade-off frameworks under tight resource constraints.
- Serve as cross-DCP lead for ML trade-off decisions, executive escalations, and priority balancing.
- Drive strategic initiatives for DCP planning & system enhancement and workflow automation in collaboration with engineering partners. Enable scalable planning automation, standardized change-control policies, and improved power/space efficiency across fleets.
- Lead effort to codify technical and business requirements across Google product areas, bridging demand intent with physical supply execution.
