- Identify organizational and talent gaps, and people needs, to successfully execute business strategy, evaluating the talent landscape to inform resourcing and development plans within a medium- to high-complexity product area.
- Lead efforts to improve organizational health by monitoring trends and metrics related to new, undefined, or multi-dimensional problems, maintaining a pulse on the culture, speaking truth to leadership, and sponsoring a workforce environment.
- Build strong relationships with leaders and provide sound HR guidance on future or undefined problems, balancing client, business, and company needs against risks, with a focus on People consequences and reactions.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the client organization.
- Prepare, support, and influence individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational change in order to shape and deliver People Plans.
