About the role

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. We are seeking a forward-thinking product leader driven to revolutionize the understanding, measurement, and actionability of AI transformation metrics.   • 5 years of experience in product management or a related technical role
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc.)
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting on organizational metrics
  • Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows
More about this role
  • Partner directly with internal customers to understand their most critical pain points, ensuring metrics and surfaces meet real needs and drive insights and action.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle from rapid prototyping and technical trade-offs to iterative, monthly launches, accelerating execution across engineering and DS/UXR boundaries.
  • Translate the product goal into highly tactical, near-term milestone plans focused on continuous releases that prioritize speed-to-market and immediate user value.
  • Drive a heavy focus on metric evaluation, including explainability, inspectability, and understandability.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to expand metric development and adoption for key measures across Google.
