As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. - Oversee the effective execution of all planning, scheduling, and control processes for data center operational activities.
- Collaborate extensively with partners and stakeholders to ensure synchronized efforts, effectively sequencing the arrival of materials and resources.
- Lead the design, launch, and scaling of the Operations Command Center, a centralized capability providing end-to-end visibility and orchestration across TPU deployments.
- Shift and deploy teams in advance of work as projects need to change, develop and maintain schedules and optimize resource leveling.
- Gather requirements, organize resources, prioritize tasks, and develop schedules to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
