- Streamline business approval processes, identifying bottlenecks and designing scalable, automated workflows to ensure efficient and compliant execution.
- Derive commercial insights from approval process to inform leadership of unit cost trends and opex impact.
- Lead business process engineering across Network, Land, Infra and Energy domains, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify and deploy scalable AI and automation solutions that transform operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous operational improvements by auditing existing frameworks and replacing manual, time-consuming tasks with robust, tech-enabled solutions.
- Partner strategically with business stakeholders to advocate process excellence, oversee the integration of new automated tools, and ensure seamless adoption across the organization.
