As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. More about this role
- Create and successfully implement new processes centered around sourcing, procurement, PO fulfillment, and supplier engagement all with a spares lens.
- Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategies for mechanical (and integrated products) commodities that align with the organization's technical requirements and business objectives partnering with upstream and downstream streams to integrate spares needs and solicit support/escalation.
- Negotiate and manage master supply agreements, statements of work, and other critical commercial contracts to secure supply and manage cost and govern them throughout execution in meeting spares needs/requirements.
- Drive supplier relationship management by conducting regular operational and business reviews with key partners to monitor performance, address issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage the life cycle of products and components, working with suppliers to navigate changes, updates, and end-of-life transitions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
