About the role

Within REWS, the Global Program Management (PgM) team serves as a trusted advisor, bringing clarity, focus, and structure to our highest-priority cross-functional initiatives. To support this mission, we created the REWS Launch team: a career development platform designed to build an agile talent layer across the organization.

  • Act as an internal consultant to business leaders, simplifying complex solutions and translating strategic goals into actionable program roadmaps.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional business initiatives, from scoping to post-mortem, navigating shifting priorities to align global teams.
  • Integrate AI-driven workflows, utilizing generative AI and automation to enhance operational velocity.
  • Assess and optimize team processes, implementing scalable solutions to solve systemic organizational challenges globally.
  • Apply a structured approach to complex problem-solving, rapidly mastering new subject areas as business priorities evolve.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in a professional environments such as program management, business operations, or consulting.
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or relevant advanced graduate degree.
  • Experience in management consulting, business operations, or a generalist strategy role advising cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to use generative AI and automation to streamline workflows and improve operational velocity.
