About the role
In this role, you will track overall software development for Pixel devices, from concept to launch. This includes planning for product roadmap, software development (pre and post silicon and in-market) and releases; managing milestones readiness, and collaborating with cross-Product Area/functional teams (Hardware, Software, Carriers, Android, UX, testing, and Product) to deliver the products on time with high quality.

- Manage complex, large-scale software projects and cross-functional initiatives, interfacing with engineering managers and engineers across hardware and software to estimate work efforts, define milestones, and manage resources.
- Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders.
- Remove obstacles proactively to drive momentum and progress, identifying communication gaps and managing issue escalations to support teams balancing engaged priorities.
- Propose technical alternatives by understanding technical implementation at the architecture level, and clarify priorities to push the team to be highly effective.
