About the role
As a Program Manager in the Search Content Platform (SCP) organization, you will be responsible for driving the strategic execution of programs that power Google's AI-first content capabilities. You will join a team of program managers and partner closely with Senior Engineering and Product leaders to define multi-quarter roadmaps, accelerate content lifecycle velocity, and optimize platform efficiency.

- Drive multi-quarter, AI-first platform programs to advance long-term Search velocity, helpfulness, quality, and compute efficiency.
- Define 30/60/90-day rolling execution frameworks, track milestones and dependencies, and manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and risks across complex workstreams.
- Apply technical judgment to resolve critical project blockers, resource limitations, and infrastructure trade-offs.
- Build launch-tracking tools, operational playbooks, and AI-native best practices to accelerate feature development and content delivery.
- Partner with global engineering, product, and Technical Program Manager (TPgM) leads to drive joint commitments, executive communications, and customer relationships.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with third-party data ingestion.
- 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working with senior engineering leads and aligning stakeholders.
- Track record in delivering large-scale software development in an agile environment.
