As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company.

- Lead a cross-functional team, spanning organizational levels and functional areas to develop and deliver optical and highspeed copper cable system solutions from inception to production.
- Set the vision and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
- Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Manager (TPM) groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage OKRs, release on time, bring tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.
- Develop and prepare project documentation, process maps, presentations and tracking reports to provide detailed schedule and current status of each project.
- Use technical judgment to drive project delivery, technology reviews, challenge proposals and build consensus.
