What they're looking for
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
- Active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
- Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry standards governing interactions with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations
- Demonstrated experience advising commercial, clinical, and cross-functional business teams in highly regulated environments
- Proven ability to independently analyze complex legal and compliance issues and provide practical, risk-based recommendations that enable business objectives while appropriately managing risk
- Experience developing or enhancing compliance programs, including policies, training, monitoring, auditing, investigations, and enterprise risk assessments
