We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, expand our market footprint, and bring next-generation AI tools to schools and universities everywhere. - Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with educational procurement structures, budgeting cycles (e.g., Title funds, ESSER transitions, institutional budgeting), and decision-making hierarchies in schools and universities
- AI Fluency: A strong grasp of generative AI or emerging edtech, with the ability to translate complex technical features into clear pedagogical and operational benefits
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, comfortable engaging and negotiating with C-level executives and academic leaders
- Results-Oriented: A hunter mentality with a demonstrated history of coaching teams to quota attainment and closing multi-six-figure deals
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required
