Superhuman Mail is growing in ways that didn't exist a year ago. AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude have become a source of new customers, and as part of the Superhuman Suite we can now reach millions of Grammarly and Go users. We're looking for a Head of Growth Product, Mail to turn that into compounding growth: owning how we engage with customers across every surface. What they're looking for
- You have 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading growth at a product-led (PLG) company
- You've managed growth PMs and owned growth across multiple funnels or surfaces
- You think rigorously about funnels. You know conversion by step, size opportunities quickly, and prioritize accordingly
- You have hands-on experience with self-serve monetization levers like pricing, packaging, trials, and offers
- You have strong analytical fluency and are comfortable going deep in data, designing experiments, and building growth models
- You have a proven track record of moving quickly from insight to shipped product, and of making good calls with imperfect data
