What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with at least 3+ years focused on growth, onboarding, activation, engagement, or lifecycle experiences. Experience with monetization and upgrade flows is a plus
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence across interaction design, visual design, prototyping, typography, layout, and systems thinking
- Experience designing and running product experiments that balance customer needs with business goals and measurable outcomes
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Research, and Analytics teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale, strategy, and tradeoffs
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, bring clarity to complex problems, and adapt quickly as new insights emerge
