About the role
As a Sr. Manager, Commissions, you will lead the commissions function within our Revenue Operations team. This is a strategic ownership role: you will own our compensation plan design and commissions administration end-to-end, partnering directly with Sales and Revenue leadership to ensure our incentive structures drive the behaviors that move the business forward.
What they're looking for
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales commissions or compensation design for a B2B SaaS company, ideally within a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations function
- 3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of growing and developing high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end compensation plan design, not just administration — including translating business strategy into incentive mechanics
- Experience with or strong point of view on consumption-based, usage-based, or hybrid compensation models, and how they differ from traditional seat- or quota-based plans
- Hands-on experience administering CaptivateIQ or a comparable commissions/ICM platform
- A track record of operating as a trusted advisor to sales leadership — able to bring data-driven recommendations on plan design, not just execute what's handed down
