- Has 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a record of driving measurable organic growth
- Has a well-rounded SEO foundation across on-page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO, and offsite authority
- Can independently investigate an opportunity or problem, form a clear hypothesis, recommend a path forward, and execute with partners
- Uses data to make decisions and can connect SEO performance to meaningful business outcomes, not rankings alone
- Is comfortable with Google Search Console, Google Analytics or similar analytics tools, and leading SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or seoClarity
- Understands core technical SEO concepts, including crawlability, indexation, canonicalization, site architecture, internal linking, structured data, and page performance
