About the role
Gravie is seeking an AI-forward Director of Corporate IT to lead our corporate technology function. This leader will own IT operations, employee technology, enterprise business applications, integrations, workflow automation, and AI enablement for internal productivity and corporate operations. They will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for delivering secure, reliable, and intuitive technology experiences across the company.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate IT and enterprise technology, including at least five years leading teams and cross-functional technology programs
- Experience overseeing core IT platforms and services, including identity and access management, endpoint management, collaboration platforms, networking, IT service management, and employee lifecycle processes
- A proven record of deploying AI agents, copilots, intelligent automation, self-service capabilities, or AI-enabled support into governed production environments, with meaningful adoption and measurable business outcomes
- Demonstrated success using low-code, no-code, integration, or workflow technologies to automate processes across multiple systems and business functions
- Experience partnering with business owners to govern internal enterprise applications such as HRIS, ERP, finance and accounting systems, procurement platforms, and business workflow tools
- Experience leading enterprise application implementations, migrations, integrations, or optimization programs
