About the role

We are seeking a Technical Accounting Manager to join our Finance & Accounting team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on complex accounting matters, ensuring the company's financial reporting complies with U.S. GAAP. You'll research technical accounting issues, draft position papers, and partner cross-functionally to support new transactions, business initiatives, and process improvements.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting (Big 4 or national firm) and/or technical accounting experience in industry
  • Strong working knowledge of U.S. GAAP, including revenue recognition (ASC 606), equity (ASC 480, ASC 815), and debt (ASC 470, ASC 815, ASC 825)
  • Excellent research, analytical, and written communication skills, ability to translate complex accounting guidance into clear, practical recommendations
  • Experience preparing technical memos and supporting audit requests
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
