What they're looking for
- Lead the annual operating plan, rolling forecasts and long-range strategic plan, aligned to program milestones and company goals
- Own the five-year plan
- Assist with Board decks and presentations for IR
- Build and maintain integrated financial models covering P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, headcount and capital expenditure
- Run scenario and sensitivity analysis on schedule, cost, contract awards and funding to support executive decisions
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and program management to model unit economics, production costs, margins, capacity and capital needs

About the Role
The Director of FP&A owns financial planning, forecasting and analysis across Gravitics. You will be the CFO's strategic partner and the finance lead for engineering, manufacturing and program leadership. You will translate technical and operational plans into financial decisions: where to invest, what a program really costs, and how much runway each milestone buys us.
