About the role
GreenLite is seeking an experienced BDR Manager to own and scale our outbound and inbound prospecting strategy, manage a team of BDRs, evolve the playbook, tooling, and metrics for BDR success, and work closely with sales leadership to achieve our pipeline and revenue goals. This is an opportunity to build on an established BDR function at a fast-paced startup and play a key role in evolving our sales culture and processes.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR manager or team-lead role, ideally in a high-growth startup environment, 1-2 years of deal-closing experience preferred
- Strong record of coaching sales teams to exceed goals and KPIs
- Deep familiarity with CRMs, sales engagement software, and outbound prospecting workflows, familiarity with Sandler Sales methodology a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvement
