About the role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join us onsite in San Francisco, providing dedicated support to two investment team partners in a high-velocity, high-stakes environment. You must be a thoughtful, professional communicator, hyper-organized, and skilled at prioritizing demands for two partners without missing a beat. We are seeking an individual who is calm under pressure, exercises excellent judgment and discretion with sensitive deal and firm information, and anticipates needs before being asked.
What they're looking for
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level leadership within venture capital/private equity or relevant financial services industry
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and proactively with minimal direction
- Strong ability to manage ambiguity, exercising sound judgment when instructions are incomplete
- Preference for AI fluency with the ability to seamlessly use the modern technology stack used by the firm, including but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Zoom, Slack, Dropbox, ChatGPT/Claude, etc
