About the role
As a Sr. Analyst, Client Success, you will handle day-to-day account support including remediations, complex process corrections, and ad-hoc client requests within our alternative investments portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Associate, Fund Ops, you will serve as a core operational touchpoint, driving issue resolution, maintaining data integrity, and partnering across internal teams to deliver high-quality support for alternative investment products.

- 3+ Years of Relevant Experience: Proven track record in financial services operations, client support, or middle-office roles
- Alternative Investments Exposure: Solid understanding of alts, private wealth, or complex commercial financial products
- Clear Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for seamless daily interaction with global stakeholders
