- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field
- Experience:
- 5 - 10 years of experience in power systems engineering, distribution planning, or a related field within utilities, energy technology or consulting
- Demonstrated success in project management within utilities or energy
- Hands-on experience with advanced power system modeling tools (e.g., PowerFactory, CYME, PSS/E) and cloud-based SaaS technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus

- Advanced Power Engineering Expertise:
- Serve as an in-house subject matter expert on power distribution systems
- Provide engineering guidance to customer teams transitioning to Gridsight-powered workflows, ensuring that technical implementations are robust, compliant, and future-proof.
- Customer Support and Sales Enablement:
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and user guides to empower customer teams in effectively utilizing Gridsight’s platform.
- Provide ongoing platform technical support, troubleshooting complex issues, and coordinating with engineering teams to resolve critical escalations.
- Foster long-term customer relationships by proactively monitoring platform usage, offering optimization strategies, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Represent Gridsight on customer calls, providing technical expertise as the Subject Matter Expert
- Leveraging your technical expertise, support the team in putting together RFIs, RFPs and applying for various programs.
