About the role

Gridsight’s U.S. business has an ambitious regional growth plan. We are looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to turn the most important regional opportunities and constraints into measurable commercial and customer outcomes.

  • Own a small portfolio of the U.S. region’s most important commercial and customer initiatives, from clearly framed problem to measurable result
  • Turn regional leadership priorities into clear workstreams, owners, milestones, risks and decision points, then maintain momentum through delivery
  • Structure ambiguous regional problems from first principles, form hypotheses, find the evidence and implement the answer
  • Incubate new regional motions, prove them in market and transition them cleanly to the right Sales, Partnerships or Delivery owner
  • Develop focused plans for priority U.S. segments and lighthouse accounts, grounded in customer evidence and regional economics
  • Help Sales advance complex enterprise opportunities by resolving cross-functional blockers, strengthening commercial cases and driving clear next steps

Gridsight’s U.S. business has an ambitious regional growth plan. We are looking for a Strategic Projects Lead to turn the most important regional opportunities and constraints into measurable commercial and customer outcomes.

This is a hands-on regional operating role designed to create leverage for U.S. regional leadership by turning regional priorities into executed outcomes. You will report jointly to U.S. regional leadership, the Head of Sales, the Head of Partnerships and the Head of Delivery, and can be based in San Francisco or Austin. Your portfolio will be set against the U.S. plan: where we need to win, which customers and partners matter, and what must improve across sales and delivery to scale the region.
