About the role
As a member of the Strategic Finance team, you'll sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy — partnering closely with the CFO and cross-functional leaders (Sales, Ops, Product) to drive planning, forecasting, and key business decisions. This is a highly visible, high-impact role for someone who wants to build financial infrastructure from the ground up at a fast-growing startup, not just maintain what already exists.
What they're looking for
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, consulting, strategic finance, FP&A, or a related analytical finance role
- Advanced Excel/financial modeling skills, comfort building models from scratch
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills — able to distill complex analysis into a clear narrative for executives and the board
- A bias toward action and comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Experience with fundraising, board reporting, or investor relations is a plus
