About the role
We're looking for a Field Software Engineer to be the bridge between our autonomy stack and the real-world job sites where it runs. You'll deploy, tune, and troubleshoot our robots' software directly in the field, working hands-on with perception, planning, and control systems as they encounter the unpredictability of live construction environments. This is a hybrid role: part software engineer, part on-site problem solver.
