About the role
Lead and supervise a team of test specialists delivering system, regression, performance, integration, and automation testing Translate complex program requirements into clear, testable objectives and use cases that keep test execution aligned to mission outcomes.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end-to-end, performance, and automation testing
- Experience supervising a team of test specialists and managing complex, state-of-the-art test programs
- Experience translating complex program requirements into testable objectives, and analyzing and recommending test cycles, test plans, safety reviews, and detailed test objectives
- Experience in an Agile environment (e.g., SAFe, ICAgile), working knowledge of Systems Operations, Engineering, and DevOps integration
- Experience developing and maintaining automated test cases using designated test tools such as UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and Test Manager
- Detailed familiarity with commercial test environments and operating procedures
